StressTide reads heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, sleep and activity from Apple Health, and turns them into one tide out of 100 — only when it has enough to be honest about it.

Every reading shows how recent it is and how sure we are. When your Watch is off, you’re mid-workout, or your baseline is still forming, StressTide tells you — instead of inventing a number.
