Agreement to these terms

By downloading or using StressTide, you agree to these terms (the EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the app. StressTide is made by SudoAI.

The service

StressTide reads your Apple Watch and Apple Health signals to offer an honest, on-device interpretation of your stress. It runs entirely on your iPhone, with no account and no data collection.

Not a medical device

StressTide is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a health concern or are in crisis, contact a qualified clinician or local emergency services.

StressTide Pro subscription

StressTide is free to use, with an optional StressTide Pro subscription offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Where offered, a 7-day free trial converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown localized to your App Store region and may vary by territory and over time.

Your content

Everything StressTide stores stays on your device; we never see it or claim any rights to it. Because StressTide has no server and no account, you are responsible for your own backups — export anything important before deleting the app or erasing its data.

Acceptable use

Use StressTide only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or misrepresent the app or its branding.

No warranty

StressTide is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SudoAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of data — arising from your use of StressTide.

Standard EULA

Except where superseded by these terms, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of StressTide.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as StressTide grows. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
